Code of Conduct

Ending Racism USA is a community of people who believe that the United States of America must end racism to survive. We are committed to making it happen.

We envision a multicultural America where all identity groups empower each other, and this shared power is used to benefit all Americans. In this multicultural nation, no individual experiences greater barriers to achieving personal aspirations and dreams than any other person.

Our Focus

We focus on three areas:

  1. We desire to increase our understanding of racism. We investigate racism where it is embedded in the organization of American society and its institutions.
  2. We recognize the foundational structure of American society that determines how participation and power are distributed in the Constitution. We desire to learn about how the Constitution supports and preserves racism. This leads to investigating alternative ways that self-government can be organized so that it is multicultural and is not based on racism.
  3. We believe the wisdom that is needed to create a just and equitable society resides in the American people. And tapping the experience and wisdom of people who have been excluded from full participation is essential in creating an inclusive new Constitution. Ending racism is not just learning and planning. It involves taking steps together.
