Creating a Multicultural Nation Without Racism
Ending Racism USA focuses on programming in two areas. 1) Supporting and encouraging local anti-racism activism and 2) Encouraging reflection and discussion about the structure of American society as it is determined by the Constitution.
To end racism, we need to increase our ability to identify racism and develop strategies to eradicate it.
What can I do to work toward ending racism in America? I find it helpful to start with the two categories of racial expressions. Racism is embedded in two interacting and interconnected places: the minds of people, like me, and the structures of society.
